Service: Member Addition in Rice Card

1. Description of the Service

    This service is to enable a rice card holder to add new members to the existing rice card in case of  birth of a child or addition to the family due to a marriage.

 5. Documents Required 

     1. Proof of Address (Aadhar Card, driving license, Voter Id)

     2. Proof of Identity (Passport, driving license, Voter Id

     3. Proof of Income

     4. New member’s Photograph

     5. Birth and Marriage certificate is mandatory to upload while applying for this service

 6. Eligibility Criteria 

     Member addition to Rice card is considered only in two cases:

         Category 1: Addition due to birth of child with below 15 years of age who has not included in rice card database

.        Category 2: Addition due to marriage, migrating from existing Rice card or a new member to the rice card database
